FAQ
Remote development teams: your questions answered
How much does a remote development team cost?
There is no fixed rate card, because every team and budget is different. On a free 20-minute call you share your goals and monthly budget, and we propose two or three team options that fit it — with the cost confirmed in writing before you commit. Salaries, equipment, HR and management are always included.
How quickly can my remote team start?
You receive a shortlist of vetted profiles within 48 hours, and most teams start within 5–10 business days of the first call, including your interviews.
Will the remote team work in my time zone?
Yes. We guarantee a daily overlap with your working hours: 4–8 hours for US Eastern, Central and Pacific time, and a full working day for UK, CET and GCC clients, including a Sunday–Thursday week for the Gulf.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do. Every engineer signs an NDA and an IP assignment before starting, and all code, documents and work product are transferred to you.
Can I interview the developers before they join?
Always. You interview every shortlisted candidate and choose who joins your team. We never assign engineers without your approval.
What if a developer is not the right fit?
Tell your success manager and we replace them at no extra cost, with an overlap period so knowledge is handed over properly.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No long lock-in. You can start with one engineer for one month, then scale up or down with 30 days’ notice.
How is a remote team different from outsourcing?
With outsourcing, a vendor delivers a project its own way. With a remote team, the engineers work only for you, follow your processes and take direction from your managers — like your own employees, without the hiring overhead.
Is your remote team service GDPR compliant?
For UK and EU clients we sign a data processing agreement, use Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers, and give engineers only the access they need.
Which technologies do your remote engineers cover?
Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Agentforce), AI and machine learning, React, Node.js, PHP, Python, iOS, Android, Flutter, QA automation, DevOps on AWS and Azure, and MuleSoft and API integrations.
