- Anonymous page-view counts for blog posts. These are stored as totals and are not linked to you.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government ID data) through the Site. Please do not send it in forms or chat.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, and provide the services you request.
- To manage our relationship with you, including follow-up about your enquiry.
- To review job applications and contact candidates.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To understand how the Site is used and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
- To send you information about our services where you have agreed to it or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
Where data-protection laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, we rely on your consent, the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Salesforce — our CRM, which stores the enquiries you submit through our forms.
- Zendesk — live chat and support messages.
- Google — reCAPTCHA (spam protection on forms), Google Maps (office map), Google Fonts, YouTube (embedded videos), and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics (Site analytics).
- Microsoft Clarity — usage analytics, such as clicks and scrolling, to improve the Site.
- Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn — advertising and conversion measurement.
- WebsiteVoice — the audio “listen to this article” player on blog posts.
- Our hosting, email, and IT providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
International transfers
We are based in India and serve clients worldwide, including in the United States. Your information is processed in India and, through our service providers, may also be processed in the United States and other countries. When information is transferred across borders, we take steps to protect it as required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) to:
- Make the Site work — for example page caching, chat, and form spam protection.
- Measure and improve the Site — analytics from Google and Microsoft Clarity.
- Marketing — Meta and LinkedIn pixels that measure our advertising.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage advertising preferences through Meta and LinkedIn. When you first visit the Site, our cookie banner (provided by CookieYes) lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link on the Site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client-contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and then for up to [CONFIRM: 3] years unless a longer period is required by law. Job applications are kept for up to [CONFIRM: 12] months so we can consider you for other roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls, and trusted service providers — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate information, or complete incomplete information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent at any time;
- opt out of marketing emails, using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights (India);
- complain to a data-protection authority, such as the Data Protection Board of India or your local EU/UK supervisory authority.
California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you may ask what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and ask us to delete or correct it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioural advertising except through the advertising pixels described above, which you can opt out of using your browser or ad settings. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email contact@awsquality.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we aim to reply within 30 days.

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
