Job Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with 1–2 years of experience who will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across international markets. The ideal candidate should be proactive, tech-savvy, and skilled in building relationships with prospects through various digital channels.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and support business growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport and develop positive business relationships with potential customers and clients.
  • Identify and acquire potential sales leads through multiple channels such as social media, online platforms, referrals, events, and databases.
  • Collect and maintain accurate contact information of prospects.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and include them in targeted campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a sales prospecting database or CRM while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Follow up with leads through email, phone calls, SMS, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement criteria for qualifying leads and track lead conversion rates.
  • Support sales initiatives with additional research and ad hoc tasks when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or Appointment Setter working with international clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, and word-processing software.
  • Experience using online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Strong phone, email, and messaging communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work night shifts (graveyard shift) to support international clients.
