Customers feel easy in raising support requests related to any product or query directly from the company’s website. Web to Case helps customers in doing so and in return helps the support team to respond to customers faster, hence improving the support team?s productivity.??

Web To Case is a way by which customers can post a simple, unauthenticated web page that allows customers to submit cases directly to the Salesforce.com instance. This indicates that you can use a public case submission form on your own website with your own branding and styling. Web To Case works on the basis of generating a snippet of HTML code for you and using that HTML code for form generation that can be put on any website page.

When your customer used to submit the form, the information on this form is directly posted in Salesforce org and can be assigned automatically to support teams who are taking care of the case records.?

What is it useful for?

Customers are able to automatically generate up to 5,000 new cases a day with Web-to-Case. It?allows customers to fill the details in respective fields and submit the form which directly creates a case in Salesforce CRM, and with the help of automation rules/tools ( like workflow, assignment), you can directly assign the case to the responsible team which in return saves a lot of time for support representatives.? With Web To Case, you can quickly set up a page in minutes and because it’s standard HTML, it’s easy to combine into an existing page.?

Prerequisites:

Required edition: Salesforce classic (not available in all orgs) and lightning experience

Available in: Essential, professional,Enterprise, performance, unlimited and developer Edition.

Creation of Case Assignment Rule

Access Setup and type in quick find box Case Assignment Rule.

You will see one default active assignment rule and a new button.

Click on the new button and give the name and make sure the active checkbox is true.

Now click on the Rule name that you have created recently.

Give the Rule Entries or set the criteria.

Here I set the criteria as if case priority is high then assign it to the recently created queue named as CaseQueue.

Now whenever a case is created from a website/web form or any other means and if the priority is high then it will be assigned to the queue.

Now you can log in as a user as a part of the queue and accept the record (Case) that was created recently.

Why use Web to Case instead of Zendesk ticket Management tool

Zendesk have gone through some of the difficulty with getting historical context or details related to the tickets that are submitted, and the lack of a customer profile to really provide real-time observation into how customers feel about their support experience received or just overall sentiment related to the organization, hence must go for a more robust solution or tool i.e Salesforce Web to Case.

Conclusion

It allows organizations to capture customer support issues related to products/services directly straight into the CRM software. These features help organizations and its team in saving a lot of time that you would ordinarily use in manually logging these cases. Additionally, the information that is created on the web-to-case is structured, making it very easy to comprehend the issues at just a glance. Since it is a Salesforce built-in feature, therefore, organizations are more inclined to use it in order to optimize its support business process.

What is Salesforce Edge Network ?

Salesforce Edge Network provides an enhanced level of user experience, consistent delivery of quality content, and improved time for downloading for users across the globe.?

It is performing this by simply redirecting the requests that you made to the closest Salesforce location where Salesforce Edge Network is deployed.?

It provides a range of services that consists of TLS (Transport Layer Security) termination, Static Caching, and TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) optimizations.?

Salesforce Edge Network continues to provide the same trusted infrastructure as Salesforce’s previous one does but also going to provide improved benefits.

What change has been made?

Salesforce Edge Network brings Salesforce Services closer to the users who are on the trusted Salesforce infrastructure.?

It makes sure that your requests are directed to the trusted Salesforce infrastructure so that it can take advantage of the caching and transport optimizations that Salesforce Edge Network provides on the dedicated high-bandwidth links between Salesforce locations.?

Caching is limited up to the content with HTTP headers that is marked as cacheable.

Also Check: Prospect Scoring and Grading in Pardot

Why has this change needed?

Nowadays business is becoming more global, and your priority users are accessing the data through Salesforce from all over the World. When a user accesses data then he/she needs to access information at a faster rate and it will be available at all times. Salesforce Edge Network delivers a consistent user experience despite being the location of a particular user.

For whom this network is for ?

Customers who have Sales and Service Cloud orgs. and who enabled My Domain can use this Salesforce Edge Network.?

Public Cloud and Salesforce Government Cloud orgs. are currently not included to move to Salesforce Edge Network.?

What preparation is needed for org to move?

Deploy a My Domain

In order to move your org totally to the Salesforce Edge Network, your organization is required to set and deploy a My Domain name. Once the rollout comes into the picture, all sandbox orgs and production orgs will come with Salesforce Edge Network enabled.

NOTE: When setting a My Domain name, please use the same My Domain name between your production org and its sandbox orgs. Salesforce does not impose to implement this naming consistency today, but it may be possible in a future release.

Allowlist Salesforce IP addresses if needed

If your corporate network settings or email security filters restrict access to IP ranges or addresses, then ensure that you must include the current ranges of Salesforce. All of the current IP ranges of Salesforce are available and you can search in the article named as What are the Salesforce IP Addresses & Domains to whitelist?

Activate some of the critical updates if needed

Stabilize URLs that are for Visualforce, Experience Builder, Site.com Studio, and Content Files.

Stabilize the Hostname for My Domain URLs in the Sandbox environments.

NOTE: These critical updates as of now aren?t available in all production orgs. If these critical updates aren?t being listed in your production org, then you can ignore it.

What actions need to be taken?

Salesforce end-users

In order to move to Salesforce Edge Network for end-users is totally a seamless process that means no actions are required from their side. They should keep using the same URLs in order to access the org, Salesforce Sites, or Communities.?

Administrators of Salesforce orgs:

For taking advantage of the Salesforce Edge Network, make sure that your org must be using a My Domain.

This change has already been rolled out in a phased manner that is started on July 13, 2020.

Conclusion

Organizations are moving forward to adopt the Salesforce Edge network in order to have an enhanced user experience, consistent delivery of quality content, and better download times for users from across the globe. It redirects requests to the closest Salesforce location where Salesforce Edge Network is deployed hence provides information faster and always makes it available.

In today?s scenario, an organization has a different number of systems, applications? and resources that are to be accessed by every user. In order to access all resources, applications and services, users must have to login to the application with their username and password separately and If they have to access more resources then it will be difficult to remember all of those login credentials. To eliminate such types of issues, Salesforce Single Sign On (SSO) is preferred to eliminate the above mentioned problems.

Salesforce SSO or Salesforce Single Sign On allows all users to access all authorized applications from single login credentials based on configuration of all apps within a single Salesforce environment.

Also CheckHow to Integrate Salesforce and Outlook within Few Simple Steps

Benefits of Salesforce SSO

Have to manage fewer passwords that allows system admin to receive fewer requests to reset forgotten passwords.

Many companies use a central database to manage user identities in which if users are removed from the database they are no longer authorized to sign-in in any of the applications related to organizations. Therefore this Salesforce SSO system eliminates the database requirement and hence reduces cost to setup infrastructure.

Save lots of time because users consume 5 to 20 seconds minimum time to log in to an online application or it may take longer if they wrongly type their username or password and again have to re-enter. But Salesforce SSO reduces this kind of frustration to login individually and hence add up to increased productivity.

About SAML

Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), an XML-based standard which allows you to communicate between one service and another service in order to fulfil authentication decisions.

To set up Single sign on between two Salesforce Org (Organization) we need to set up one Salesforce Org. as Service Provider and another one as Identity provider.?

Identify Provider (IDP) :- An identity provider is a trusted provider that lets you use single sign-on (SSO) to access other websites.

Service Provider (SP):- A service provider is a website which is used to host apps in order to access it.

Configuring Salesforce single sign on: Here we will explain SSO between two Salesforce org.

Enable my domain for both IDP and SP org.

Type My Domain in a quick find box.

Give proper domain names.

Deploy this domain for all your users.

Enable the Identity Provider in your IDP Org

Login to your IDP org.

Type Identity Provider in the quick find box and select it.

Since we are using the latest version of developer org. then identity provider is by-default activated.

If you are using the older version then you have to first enable this and create the Certificate.

Note: Copy Salesforce Identity endpoint URL that will be used in further steps.

Add Remote Site setting in SP Org

Now login to your SP org and add your Identity provider domain URL in SP org that is shown in below image.

Enable Single Sign On in SP Org

Go to Setup >> Identity >> Single Sign-On Settings? and check the ?SAML Enabled? option.

Now provide SAML Single Sign on Setting detail. You can also download the certificate from above mentioned steps with the download certificate button and upload here with the “New from Metadata file” button. But here we will use New from Metadata URL here. Now we will use the same URL which we coped in above step.

Create Connected App in IDP Org

Now go back in your IDP org. and create one connected app with below step

Create connected app, Setup >> App Manager >> New Connected App.

Now provide all required detail and make sure that in the connected App we have to perform below mentioned steps…

Enable SAML

Provide Entity Id (Use Entity ID from above steps mentioned in Note)

ACS URL (Login URL from above step)

Subject type should be Federation Id.?

IDP Certificate as Identity Provider Label name

Conclusion

Salesforce Single Sign On saves lots of time by providing a single platform to access two different organizations so that sales representatives simply click on a particular application and are able to login into another org. and can maintain the data in that org. also. They do not require to login individually so remembering lots of username and passwords tasks can be eliminated easily.

Introduction

The nature and tendency of humans is inquisitive, previously most people were concerned about how to obtain computers in their offices, schools and homes. The main reason behind that was in order to get close to the world and communicate and exchange data via these devices. But today people are concerned about the Internet and its speed for effective and efficient communication, therefore Cloud Computing comes into demand.?

What is Cloud Computing?

Cloud computing refers to the provision of computational resources on demand via a computer network based on internet protocol. Submission of? a task by users or clients such as word processing, to the service provider, such as Google, without actually possessing the required software or hardware. The consumer’s computer may contain very little software or data, serving as little more than a display terminal connected to the Internet.

Cloud Computing means accessing the data and services over the Internet, usually in a completely seamless way.

When you prepare documents over the internet it is a newer example of cloud computing like Google Documents where you can create a document, spreadsheet, presentation, or whatever you like using Web-based software. You do not require to maintain or type words into a program like Microsoft Word that is running on your computer.

Characteristics of Cloud Computing

The essential characteristics of Cloud Computing includes…

On-demand self-service that enables users to consume features of computing like applications, server time, and network storage.?

Collections of resources that allows users in combining computing resources for computing (e.g., hardware, software, processing, network bandwidth) to serve multiple consumers such resources being dynamically assigned.?

Rapid elasticity and scalability that allow functionalities and resources to be rapidly and automatically provisioned and scaled.

Optimize resource allocation to determine usage for billing purposes.?

Reducing the cost of additional resource provisioning.

History of Cloud Computing

The history of Cloud Computing started in the 1960s and in recent years the technology has served to shake-up both the enterprise IT and supplier landscape.

Before Cloud Computing, there was Client/Server computing which is basically a centralized storage in which all the software applications, all the data and all the controls are resided on the server side.

If a single user wants to access specific data or run a program, he/she needs to connect to the server and then gain appropriate access, and then he/she can do his/her business.

After all these efforts, distributed computing came into effect, where all the computers are networked together and share their resources with each other.

On the basis of above computing, there emerged cloud computing concepts that later were implemented.

Around 1961, John MacCharty suggested in a speech at MIT that computing can be sold like a utility, just like water or electricity.

In 1999, Salesforce.com started delivering applications to users using a simple website. The applications were adopted and used over the Internet, and this way the dream of computing sold as utility were true.

In 2002, Amazon started Amazon Web Services, which started providing services like storage, computation and even human intelligence.?

In 2009, cloud computing enterprise applications provided by Google Apps started.

?In 2009, Windows Azure launched by Microsoft, and companies like Oracle and HP have all joined hand with them.

Types of Cloud Computing

There are mainly three different kinds of cloud computing, where different services are being provided for you.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS ) : It is a cloud-based services, pay-as-you-go for services such as storage, networking, and virtualization. It means buying access to raw computing hardware over the internet, such as servers or storage.?

Software as a Service (SaaS) means using a complete application that is running on another’s system. Email access and Google Doc are the best-known examples.?

Platform as a Service (PaaS) means when you develop applications using Web-based tools so that they run on systems software and hardware provided by another company. For example, Force.com from salesforce.com.

Advantages of Cloud Computing

The advantages of Cloud Computing are obvious and compelling. Why to buy and maintain a complex computer system? Why waste time running anti-virus software, upgrading word-processors, or worrying about hard-drive crashes? Cloud computing allows you to buy that service which will cut the costs of establishing computers and peripherals. You have options to add more to the services and also take them away any time as per your business needs.?

Even big and small organizations around the world are adopting Cloud Computing Technology, and this trend seems to be only increasing day by day. Here are some of the advantages listed below…

Growth of Cloud Computing : High speed Internet and large number of service providers with huge data centers around the world has brought about a significant growth in this business model. According to a survey, cloud computing?s growth potential can be gauged by the fact that by 2020 it would be worth a huge 157 billion pound industry.

Positivity of IT Executives towards Cloud Computing Technology : For IT industries (organizations) despite its challenges and inhibitors, cloud Computing is viewed as a positive development for IT organizations. Recent surveys have indicated that globally, four out of five respondents feel that the cloud will have a positive impact on their organizations. Today, Cloud Computing occupies a significant place in the IT market and is growing rapidly.

IT Roles will Change : This just about serves as a wake-up call for IT departments in all organizations to align more to the needs of the organization?s business. What becomes clear is that the IT and Business will work together to shape ITs consumption together for the future. IT will probably act as a broker, intermediary and orchestrator of cloud services for the business across internal and external clouds.

Add on suitability features to organizations : Cloud Computing today plays an important role in all aspects of the IT industries. The features of Cloud Computing such as rapid provisioning, scalability, business continuity, on demand self-service, resource pooling along with security, risk management, compliance, and identity and access management in the Cloud Computing.

Creations of Additional Jobs : The impact of cloud computing on IT professionals can be imagined by the lack of such specific expertise and skills available today in Cloud Computing Technology. There is a growing need for IT professionals who can architect, develop/deploy, migrate, support and integrate cloud solutions. Surveys predict that there would be 7 million additional jobs available in the cloud computing market.

Skills Development related to Cloud Computing : On the job front, IT professionals would need to develop additional skills and expertise to handle the new aspects of the cloud. Also, new technologies such as cloud computing, cyber security, Big Data and Analytics would only propel new jobs in the coming years. Nevertheless, developing cloud skills will become a necessity and those who plan early to adapt to this new environment will have the option and luxury to select from a range of promising jobs.

Case Study

Here some of the case studies are listed below for the reference of real time examples?

Education Industry

Educational institutions have been quick to realize the advantages of Cloud Computing technology and have been eagerly adopting it for several reasons, including:?

Student?s capabilities to access data from anywhere, anytime, and to enroll in online classes and to participate in group activities.

Class enrolments and assignment tracking tasks made simple, thus reducing expenses significantly.

Ability of? the institutional body to store data significantly which will help in reducing cost to infrastructure.

?Easy access to educational material and cloud knowledge-sharing communities. This can be easily achievable with the access of internet connection.

Contribution towards developing nations

Cloud Computing technology is full of features that will provide benefits to developing countries since they no longer have the burden of investing in costly infrastructures and can tap into data and applications that are readily available in the cloud (like salesforce.com).?

Healthcare Industry

Cloud Computing technology plays an important role in the healthcare industry that is gaining pace. For example, managing patient data and sharing it among different sources such as medical professionals and also have capabilities for patients for checking their own status and treatment follow-ups. It reduces operational costs in maintaining a huge database. Accessing this data even through devices such as mobile phones and tabs are more easy and can be accessed anytime and anywhere.?

Conclusion

As we?ve seen, Cloud Computing has the potential to change the world. For clients and companies that open up many possibilities in just the span of a year are also adopting cloud computing technology to optimize their business process in order to gain more productivity or ROI.

Salesforce announced a new tool named Salesforce Content Management System recently which is designed in an optimized manner to deliver a quality customer experience across multiple channels. The main thought behind this is to create, manage and deliver more meaningful content across multiple channels for customers from within the Salesforce family of products.

A content management system (CMS) is a technology platform that allows you to create, edit, produce and organize digital content, usually for the web. The fundamental purpose of CMS is to create and update digital content for internal or external?publications.

Salesforce introduced a hybrid CMS that means users can create, manage and deliver content on the platform, and then distribute to other digital platforms.

Also checkSalesforce and DocuSign Integration

Salesforce has declared of Salesforce Content Management System (CMS) – a hybrid CMS intended to help you effectively create and convey content to any channel or gadget. In today?s world, companies are working to create, deliver, and personalize content to their customers at every touchpoint. But the problem is with traditional content management systems. CMS is designed for a single touchpoint, not an ever-evolving, omni-channel, customer journey.

Why is a CMS important?

CMS is a tool that helps your content to be presented on top in order to build better relationships with your audience. Nowadays, all businesses want to deliver the exact content to the right people at a suitable time. This can provide huge profits for every part of your business. For example, advertisers can use content to reach out to customers in order to recommend and introduce new products. Contents can teach customers to use their products in an optimized way. Content can also help drive sales, generate leads, and boost customer and partner engagement.

Types of CMSs available today

Here we list down three main categories of CMS:

Coupled CMSs: exist in the early days of the web. These legacy systems couple content creation and modification with the presentation ?touchpoint,? such as a website. It?s impossible to separate the management and presentation layers in a coupled CMS.

Headless CMS: These CMSs resolve the challenges of coupled creation and presentation by dropping the presentation touchpoint, or presentation ?head.? You use a headless CMS to create and modify the content, but the content is very much needed to feed into a separate presentation application.

Hybrid CMS: A native experience channel or touchpoint is provided by a hybrid CMS, but also gives you the flexibility to present content to any touchpoint built on a third-party system.

Advantages

It doesn?t require deep technical expertise to do it, meaning marketers and product people should be able to create and deliver content without the help of IT.

Helps your teams to create content in a central location, and syndicate it to any digital touchpoint.

Ability to connect to third-party systems.

It Provides flexibility to present content to any touchpoint built on a third-party system.

Makes users capable of distributing content that is created on the CMS to third-party sites, or mobile apps via Salesforce’s headless APIs.

Hybrid CMS built to integrate with other platforms.

Capable of creating personalized content powered by Salesforce CRM data.

Marketing teams already plugged into Salesforce?s CRM will now be able to create more personalized content at scale via the company?s new content management system.

Teams won?t be limited based on their design resources, nor will the content be restricted to the Salesforce ecosystem due to its capability of actually does integrate with other platforms.

The platform allows content creators to go from exposure to mastery quickly, with no need to rely on IT or design resources.

Being a hybrid CMS, allows designers, marketers who design content to promote to external systems as well as across Salesforce to hit commerce sites, mobile apps, desktops and other screens.

With Salesforce CMS, users can empower business users who create content faster than ever.

Multi-language and translation support help you scale, and permissions help you collaborate while maintaining brand standards.

Salesforce CMS helps the user to turn your data into content. This gives you the ability to take a CRM record and translate the rows and columns into rich, visual content, like a banner and tile menu.

The Salesforce Content Management System includes multi-language and translation support to localize content.

Marketing teams and creators can build ?content collections? on the platform and the playlists of content that can be distributed to external digital platforms.

Easy to integrate with other platforms and can be customized easily as per needs.

Salesforce is a cloud-based CRM software that acts as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, developed to make organizations function efficiently and profitably by reducing the cost of managing hardware infrastructure. Salesforce offers a wide range of features in all the functional areas of a company like marketing, sales, services and many more.

Based on cloud platforms and applications, the company is best known for its different CRM products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Analytics Cloud, IoT Cloud, and also includes Health Cloud, App Cloud,Force.com, Financial Services Cloud, and Chatter.

Outlook? is a software program by Microsoft primarily based on e-mail sending and receiving which means it enables users to send and receive email on their computer.

Importance of integrating Salesforce with Outlook

To save time for reps in entering data and switching between the two applications.

To help sales teams in tracking important email conversations relevant to Salesforce records.

To eliminate efforts on redundant data entry into two applications.

It helps to access important Outlook email messages and manage all relevant Salesforce records in one place.

To make easy for sales reps to design meaningful email templates for prospects and customers.

Problems faced by reps on using two different platforms like Outlook and Salesforce?

More time engagement in moving and maintaining data in two places. More time spent in this activity will affect productivity.

High possibility for data entry errors since they have to update data in both Outlook and Salesforce.

The occurrence of data errors will affect data quality which will ruin the company?s reputation.

Also check: How Tableau integration with Salesforce benefit Organization

How Integrating with Outlook Helps Your Sales Reps?

Relate relevant Salesforce content in Outlook: Reps add an email that?s the most relevant to the sales cycle so that colleagues in Salesforce know what?s going on, hence increase Salesforce adoption among your sales team.

Access features with each other: Salesforce records are easily created such as leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, and even records based on custom objects and you can relate email messages and nonrecurring calendar events to multiple Salesforce contacts and any other Salesforce record that accepts tasks or email messages.

Contacts and Events Sync: Using Lightning Sync in the background, your reps don?t duplicate data entry for contacts and events in both Outlook and Salesforce.

Here are two types of versions available for effective optimization of business?

Salesforce for Outlook: Salesforce for Outlook is an integration application that you install, syncs contacts, events, and tasks between Outlook and Salesforce. For syncing these items, you can perform activities like adding Outlook emails, attachments, events, and tasks to multiple Salesforce contacts, and view Salesforce records related to the contacts and leads all right away in Outlook.

Limitations of Salesforce for Outlook: Salesforce for Outlook is an installed software and has been a fine solution for helping your reps maintain data in Outlook and Salesforce. But it requires maintenance and frequent version updates. To fulfill update requirements, admins of your company should coordinate software installations with your sales reps, so that everyone?s running the latest version and everyone knows that the same version of Salesforce for Outlook.

Hence there is a need to move further to adopt the Salesforce Integration process with Outlook and Lightning Sync…

Outlook Integration and Lightning Sync: Outlook integration and Lightning Sync are ready to go wherever your reps go. That means the integration is available to your reps on locally installed versions of Outlook and Outlook on the web. Sales reps should always have access to the latest and greatest features.

How does integration benefits admins?

The administrative process gets simple:?Admins don?t have to maintain updated versions. Whenever we add new features, those updates happen on the Salesforce side of the business, along with the other Salesforce updates that we receive three times a year.

Easy Deployment Process: Since the deployment process is easy that allows reps to deploy the Outlook integration add-ins themselves or you can deploy the add-ins for them, which is a great way to score even more points with them.

Efficient Sync Process: Sales reps can decide whether everything syncs or they have the option to choose the items that sync.

Here we list down the process to set up the Outlook Integration and Lightning Sync?

Click on Setup.

To select Outlook Integration and Sync, enter Outlook in the quick find box.

Turn on the Outlook integration.

What it is

Omni-Channel is a widget that appears in the bottom footer of the screen and is silent until a new work item is routed. The widget pops up when new record hits. A true Omni-Channel customer service center allows your customers to connect seamlessly with your support staff using multiple channels. Omni-Channel, Service Cloud?s comprehensive customer service solution, pushes work to agents in real-time, right from the Salesforce console.

Why it is needed

Before the introduction of this service, the agents had to look into the list, select a case and reassign ownership to begin the work. What will happen if agents select a low priority case compared to those of higher priority? What will happen if the same agent consistently works on more complex cases? All these above mention problems will get solved with the help of Omni-Channel; therefore, the concept of Omni-Channel is needed the most.

It is based on three bases like complete engagement with customers on any channel, consistent service across channels, connected to one CRM for a unified view of the customer.

Also see: Salesforce?s Einstein Visual Search for Commerce Cloud

How it works

You have to associate a queue to a routing configuration, then Salesforce routes the work in that queue to agents based on the routing model, size, and priority you?ve set.

Omni-Channel Presence enables your agents?to show when they’re available?for work, and for which service?channels. Specialists set their availability?here so they get the correct cases?when they’re accessible.

Specialists get cases via a push model that implies Omni-Channel will drive records to your Specialists through a footer component?in the Service Console. It assigns work from multiple channels. Businesses can route cases based on:

Highest priority

Oldest items first

Availability of an agent

Agent capacity

Service managers see and manage data related to their business?s priorities and track data like:

Wait times

Open cases

Who?s working on what

Who has capacity for more cases

How it is benefitted

It helps to find how much time an agent spends on a case and also make sure how many cases the agents have declined and how long they have worked on.

It allows customers to connect seamlessly with support staff using multiple channels that means at the same time, support agents have immediate access to a holistic picture of the person they?re about to help.

With an Omni-Channel contact center, customers interact with agents using the channel of their own choice, and the contact center routes cases to the right agent so the interaction is as seamless as possible.

Manager can use the Omni-Channel Supervisor tool to monitor activity for agents, queues, and work and also helps to see real-time information that is streamed live into the panel, so you always know waiting times, openwork, and more.

With the same Omni-Channel console you can use filtering and sorting to find what you need, and then drill down to get details for specific agents, queues, or work items.

It makes customers happier and the contact center more efficient.
